Andreea grew up in Cluj-Napoca, studied at the Onisifor Ghibu highschool and graduated from the Faculty of Letters of the same city. 

With a degree in English and Italian Language and Literature, she started her teaching career at Royal School in 2015, being impressed by the curriculum and educational approach that she has encountered here. 

Since then, she is continuously working on becoming a better teacher. She thinks educators are lifelong learners, thus learning while teaching is highly motivating knowing that through this work they contribute to a better society, setting morals and values in the community. She sets high expectations which inspire, motivate and challenge pupils. 

Outside of school, she is highly passionate about sports and outdoor activities, especially skiing and climbing. She is musically inclined, enjoying playing the guitar and singing.
